We are hiring for a Program Manager position with one of our clients — a leading global technology and social media company.
As a member of the Accessibility and Engagement Team, the Community Engagement Program Manager will foster positive employee experiences for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) by partnering with the resource groups to deliver heritage month programming, supporting the management of core ERG processes (recruitment, event planning, and budget management), and working with the Community Engagement Managers to support communities to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and drive impact in their resource groups.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate meetings and regular touch points with Employee Resource Group leaders across EMEA & APAC
- Project manage heritage month programming in EMEA & APAC – this includes facilitating community collaboration, idea generation, and enabling resource groups to efficiently deliver impactful community programming
- Produce slides, sheets, and docs as required to deliver events and communications for heritage months
- Provide event management and communications support for tentpole programming and heritage month launch communications
- Collaborate with Community Engagement Managers and cross-functional partners to support ERGs to develop proactive roadmaps, manage core processes and policies, and deliver programming efficiently
- Understand and oversee core ERG processes (ERG lead recruitment, event planning, and budget processes), ensuring partners have the information they need to leverage the systems effectively
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies and simplify core ERG processes where possible
- Execute strategies to measure quantitative and qualitative impact of ERG programming and initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years of program or project management experience
- Background in human resources, employee engagement, or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting resource groups to deliver events and communications
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in global and/or matrixed organizations
- Experience working with stakeholders in different jurisdictions, ideally experience in EMEA & APAC
