- Able to confidently communicate and justify prioritisation decisions to a broad range of stakeholders and users.
- Able to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and influence stakeholders across departmental and functional boundaries to secure support for priorities and gain vision buy-in.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and utilise an iterative method and flexible approach to enable rapid delivery.
- Able to set direction and ensure colleagues and stakeholders have a clear understanding of objectives, activities, and timeframes.
