Maintenance Planner 9 months, temp to perm conversation possible

Location: Leicester

Task: Own the computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) and processes including planning, scheduling and inventory management to support the equipment maintenance team including:

  • CMMS data entry, auditing and updates including: Assets, Inventory and Schedules
  • Create daily/weekly work schedules for the maintenance technicians
  • Using CMMS data to provide insight to the maintenance team to improve equipment mean time between failure and line reliability
  • Management of the maintenance spares
  • Raising purchase requests and following through internal sign off process to convert to Purchase Orders
  • Communicating with Contractors, to arrange site visits, request risk assessments and method statements, and post works service reports
  • Raising of Permits and Booking into the business V/M system

Essential skills:

  • Have experience using Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
