Role:
- Train across all service administration functions, including:
- Goods receipt and logging instruments into/out of the calibration laboratory.
- Coordinating external calibrations and repairs for customers.
- Collaborate closely with:
- Workshop technicians, Calibration lab technicians and supervisors, Service technical team.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including Customer service teams, Sales representatives, Production staff.
- Follow ISO17025 and ISO9001 procedures in all administrative and service processes.
- Experience in packaging of instruments (e.g. measuring instruments) is an advantage, including the related documentation.
- Managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy under time pressure.
- Ensuring compliance with strict ISO standards.
- Coordinating with different teams and external partners simultaneously.
- Handling customer expectations while maintaining service quality.
- Maintaining attention to detail in ERP systems and documentation.
- Ability to plan and manage daily/weekly tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude and motivation to deliver strong customer outcomes.
- Fluent in English.
- Must live within commuting distance of Groby, Leicester.
