Presence: Can be 100% remote
Travel: It may be required for the candidate to travel occasionally; however, this would typically be for short periods (e.g., up to one week) and not on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:
- Provide coordination support for HSE Governance activities, including coordination of HSE programs, preparation of performance reports, and maintenance of HSE required records.
- Assist the HSE Governance & Process team and operations with data analysis and trend identification to support continuous improvement actions.
- Producing trend reports from improvement sources (audit, significant risk areas, events, near misses and LFNW) and coordinating HSE communications & improvement projects.
- Providing insight and improvement opportunities for improvement project tracking management and oversight.
- Assist in the development, improvement and maintenance HSE Risk Registers and associated performance data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and visibility.
- Assist in improvement and maintenance HSE risk assessments as required.
- Support field verification of risk controls.
- Track completion of risk assessment actions & support preparation for risk reviews and HSE assurance activities.
- Manage site HSE SharePoint and document management systems, ensuring support document control processes, including version control, updates, and archiving of HSE procedures and records.
- Assistance in progress of annual priorities and improvement targets through support to local HSE leaders within the business.
- Any other duties as required for Governance Team.
