Location: UK (Remote)

Duration: 3 months+ extendable contract

Day to Day activities:

  • Measure success for a metric, identify what data points need to be considered, build dashboards, build the data for the team to experiment on.
  • Data Visualization: DS will give the definition of the metrics. Product manager can give insights into what good looks like and what’s the vision.
  • Engineers will help ensure the data is logged and make sure they get the right data.
  • Any ongoing project: knowledge management – within the support stage, the agents have a knowledge base which they can query to resolve customer queries.
  • Support Ad hoc requests – supporting day to day with bug fixes, pulling data etc.

BI and integration tools: Azure Data Factory

Experience with data analysing will be a plus.
