Duration: 3 months+ extendable contract
Day to Day activities:
- Measure success for a metric, identify what data points need to be considered, build dashboards, build the data for the team to experiment on.
- Data Visualization: DS will give the definition of the metrics. The product manager can provide insights into what good looks like and whatβs the vision.
- Engineers will help ensure the data is logged and that they get the right data.
- Support ongoing project: knowledge management β within the support stage, the agents have a knowledge base which they can query to resolve customer queries.
- Support Ad hoc requests β assisting day to day with bug fixes, pulling data etc.
BI and integration tools: Azure Data Factory
Experience with data analysis will be a plus.
