Job Description
Coordinate the daily construction activities at the project site with the objective of ensuring all activities comply with project quality plan, specifications and site program. Plans the activities in order to effectively use resources to meet construction program. Reviews specification drawing in order to resolve any discrepancies or conflicts. Monitors materials, equipment and manpower on site in order to ensure that the appropriate materials are available to meet the construction program timing.
The Project Site Coordinator (PSC) supports the Site Manager and the construction site team by managing administrative, organizational, and coordination tasks, ensuring that site operations run efficiently and in a structured way. The role aims to allow technical and operational staff to focus on their core activities by providing strong administrative support and process organization. The PSC is responsible for maintaining a clear overview of site activities, processes, and resources, while actively identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. The position reports hierarchically to the Site Manager and functionally to the Head of Construction & Commissioning (C&C) Site Support. Depending on project needs, the role may also be combined with Site Document Controller or Site Logistic Coordinator responsibilities.
Note: the role is administrational and no technical / engineering skills are required
