Security Clearance: BPSS Eligible REQUIREMENT – Soft and hard facilities management – oversight of the FM contractors delivering day to day services. Managing performance, validation of work, audits of work being undertaken, relationship management with suppliers and the establishment, attending daily meetings, understand what’s going on at site, what is needed, identify estates related issues. Oversight of some project work, understanding delivery of projects, some degree of management of that project work and bidding for funding. Budget management of day to day FM reactive budget.
