Job description:
- Advance start to end payroll processing experience.
- Active payroll licence valid for payroll practice in Israel is a must.
- At least 4 years experience in operating and running payroll system Har-Gal or Hilan is a must.
- Knowledge in payroll system changes and implementations will be useful.
- Managing onboarding and termination process end to end.
- Good experience using various Payroll and HR systems.
- Experience in handling payroll and payroll linked vendors.
- Knowledgeable on Israel employment legislation and experience in working with pensions, expenses, insurances, and benefits payroll administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, and good MS Office skills (including Excel).
- Excellent understanding of payroll compliance and in calculating taxes linked to specific pay elements.
