The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
This is a full-time, 6 month assignment with the possibility of extension.
Location: Peterborough. For the initial training period (approx. 3 weeks) candidates will be working onsite 5 days per week. After that this will become a hybrid role (3 days per week onsite).
Working hours: Mo-Fri, flexible office hours.
Role Details:
- Supporting the First Fit Planning team in the role of Expeditor.
- Main tasks include the validation of shipment plans with Suppliers, maintaining a 5-day rolling shipment plan, supporting with the inbound PO management and tracking shipments into different sites.
- Involvement in Daily / Weekly review meetings.
Qualifications:
- Previous planning experience is not required but candidates with a supply chain or logistics background are preferred.
- Candidates will need to be highly organized, customer focused and have great attention to detail.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Experience:
- 1-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
