Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the EMEA People Relations team investigators with notetaking during a variety of investigation related meetings.
  • Complete general administrative duties including managing diaries, submission of expense claims, invoices and scheduling meetings.
  • Work in our case management system (currently CaseIQ) entering cases and providing reporting as needed.
  • Liaising on a routine basis with the People Relations teams partners (including People & Culture and In-House Counsel) as appropriate.
  • Ensure investigation notes are accurate and ready to be shared with the PR team and others as necessary.
  • Maintaining and updating any internal files, reports and databases as required.
  • The People Relations team is a remote function so it is envisaged that this role will be home-based, with travel to our various UK locations as required.
  • People Relations EMEA are part of a Global team reporting to the US so some flexibility in working hours may be required.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned including supporting colleagues in other jurisdictions including the US.

The Essentials:

  • Relevant experience of working as a Notetaker, Assistant or Coordinator in an HR, Legal, or Investigations team.
  • Previous experience of working on investigations or as a part of a Human Resource team.
  • Ability to work in a discreet, confidential, and sensitive manner.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have excellent follow-through and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with excellent contemporaneous note-taking skills.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel including our employees, lawyers, and business unit executives.
  • Must have computer knowledge with high proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The Nice to Haves:

  • Prior Human Resources or Legal experience would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work in another European language (Polish, French, or Spanish in particular) in addition to English is an added advantage.
