Looking for experienced construction professional (Supervisor level) with heavy construction experience.
Preferred background:
- Reinforced concrete
- Steel structures / industrial construction
- Large-scale infrastructure projects
Site-based supervisory role (not managerial, but leadership needed). Candidate will act as eyes and ears on site.
Strong focus on:
- Health Safety (critical)
- Construction coordination

Certifications Required:
- CSCS Card - Mandatory
- SMSTS - Preferred (bonus)

Coordinate the daily construction activities at the project site with the objective of ensuring all activities comply with project quality plan, specifications and site program. Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.
Candidates must have a history of heavy civils not domestic building history. Responsible for managing and coordinating all Builders' Work elements with Subcontractors, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, QA requirements, and Health Safety obligations.
