Location: Hornsea 3, Norwich (100% onsite. No home office)

Duration: 6 months+ extendable contract

Working hours: 10 hours a day / 50 hours a week

Looking for experienced construction professional (Supervisor level). Must have heavy construction experience.

Preferred background: Reinforced concrete, Steel structures / industrial construction, Large-scale infrastructure projects.

Site-based supervisory role (not managerial, but leadership needed). Candidate will act as “eyes and ears” on site.

Strong focus on:

  • Health & Safety (critical)
  • Construction coordination
  • QA/QC inspections (hands-on involvement required)

Certifications Required:

  • CSCS Card – Mandatory
  • SMSTS – Preferred (bonus)
  • Standard site certifications sufficient

Coordinate the daily construction activities at the project site with the objective of ensuring all activities comply with project quality plan, specifications and site program.

Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.

Candidates must have a history of heavy civils not domestic building history.

Responsible for managing and coordinating all Builders’ Work elements with Subcontractors, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, QA requirements, and Health & Safety obligations.
