Job Description:
- Looking for experienced construction professional (Supervisor level)
- Must have heavy construction experience
- Preferred background: Reinforced concrete, Steel structures / industrial construction, Large-scale infrastructure projects
- Site-based supervisory role (not managerial, but leadership needed)
- Candidate will act as eyes and ears on site
- Strong focus on: Health & Safety (critical), Construction coordination, QA/QC inspections (hands-on involvement required)
- Certifications Required: CSCS Card Mandatory, SMSTS Preferred (bonus), Standard site certifications sufficient
- Coordinate the daily construction activities at the project site with the objective of ensuring all activities comply with project quality plan, specifications and site program.
- Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
- Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.
- Candidates must have a history of heavy civils not domestic building history
- Responsible for managing and coordinating all Builders Work elements with Subcontractors, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, QA requirements, and Health & Safety obligations.
