The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 € per year.

Location: General Offices, Waterloo Station Mezzanine Level, Station Approach, London, SE1 8SW - In the office for 3 days per week but flexible. Travel will be required for the roles and expenses paid.

Contract Length: 12 months

Security Clearance: BPSS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and format delivery-ready assets: decks, workbooks, facilitator guides, handouts, templates.
  • Build simulation artefacts: OFFICIAL scenario briefs, data packs, decision cards, role profiles, injects, timers, checklists.
  • Maintain design templates, document standards, and brand alignment.
  • Manage content versioning and ensure a clear single source of truth.
  • Support pilot readiness: print packs (if needed), digital packs, and final QA checks.
  • Coordinate with virtual delivery colleagues to prepare online-friendly assets.

Essential requirements:

  • Strong PowerPoint and document production capability.
  • Experience building assets for workshops/simulations.
  • High attention to detail; strong organisation and version control.
  • Experience producing assets for virtual delivery.

Experience & Background:

  • 48+ years in content production / instructional design / learning materials development.
  • Strong practical skills producing: PowerPoint decks and facilitator scripts, workbooks and templates, scenario packs and artefacts, digital assets for virtual delivery (where needed).
  • Experience working in fast-paced design sprints and managing version control.
