The EMEA Payroll Specialist will manage and oversee our payroll processes for our sites in EMEA (allocated various region(s) UK, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Spain etc) with our third party payroll provider. They will be responsible for an accurate and timely payment of the salaries for Client employees in the responsible sites. They will manage all payroll relevant topics concerning expats (e.g. shadow payroll) in close cooperation with internal and external partners.
Top must have skills:
- EMEA payroll expertise knowledge of legislation & compliance dealing with Italy, Turkey, Hungary, Sweden, Denmark, Israel
- Stakeholder communication & query management
- Problem solving & analytical skills
- Self-starter, proactive, can pick tasks up quickly
- Excellent Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
