Content Supply Coordinator Location: Chiswick, England, UK Inside IR35 Umbrella Role it is Duration is till the end of AUG 27 Job Overview We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive Content Supply Coordinator to support content operations across global compliance, reversioning and content supply activities. The role will work closely with internal teams including Rights, Programming, Editorial, Post-Production and Compliance to coordinate content workflows, monitor project progress and ensure that required deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a broadcast, production or post-production environment , with a good understanding of production workflows, broadcast terminology and content deliverables. Key Responsibilities Content Reversioning knowledge of IBMS, SchedALL/ScheduALL or similar systems is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office , particularly Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneDrive. Interest in content, lifestyle, factual programming and sports . Awareness of broadcast compliance requirements such as Ofcom regulations is desirable; willingness to learn is essential. Comfortable working in a global and multicultural environment. Degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience.
