Essential job functions:
- A key point of contact for all UK Single Title Screening Licence (STSL) enquiries.
- Manage telephone enquiries and ensure that the bookings and email inboxes are managed in a timely manner.
- Support the UK STSL team to meet key departmental targets.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer enquiries are handled.
- Ensure database is accurate and updated regularly.
- Liaise with our external vendor to ensure company's film library is monitored and maintained.
- Ensure customers receive all required documentation and communication efficiently.
- Manage and process manual bookings where relevant.
- Liaise with the marketing team relating to website and marketing queries.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure all queries are resolved in a timely manner.
Competencies:
- At least 1 year experience in an Account Administration position.
