We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide Quality Documentation support to manufacturing operations. The role involves compiling and managing Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs) for refurbished, repaired, and newly built subsea equipment, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and full material traceability.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile, review, and assemble all required Quality Documentation to accurately and efficiently create Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs)
- Ensure full traceability of materials, particularly for repair and refurbishment activities
- Maintain high standards of document accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Develop, standardize, and continuously improve quality documentation processes
- Support the transition to digital documentation systems, including paperless work packs
- Assist with internal audits and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities as required
- Manage the scanning, filing, and secure storage of quality records
- Provide general support to manufacturing and quality teams to achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including Quality, HSE, and Integrity standards
