Portfolio Strategy & Governance
- Define and manage the portfolio roadmap for Agentic AI initiatives.
- Prioritize programs based on business value, feasibility, and ROI.
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and review cadences.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and transformation goals, Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
- Establish portfolio-level governance for Responsible AI.
- Monitor risks across programs (technical, regulatory, operational).
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and legal standards.
- Define audit and reporting mechanisms.
Qualifications
- Strong experience managing portfolios of large-scale technology or AI programs, experience in financial management, governance, and strategic planning.
- Good understanding of Agentic AI ecosystems and enterprise AI architectures, LLM platforms and hybrid AI strategies, and experience with enterprise delivery frameworks (Agile, SAFe, or hybrid).
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in enterprise AI or digital transformation programs.
- Familiarity with LLMOps, RAG, and AI observability concepts.
- Exposure to agent frameworks or AI platforms.
- Experience in Telecom, BFSI, or large enterprise environments.
