The job owner is the site specialist for the following Technical Standards:
– Cleaning Validation
This job aims at providing site expertise on the technical standards defined by the global teams. This expertise is transferred through coaching, learning and guidance.
The role will work in a matrix environment and through participating in the Community of Practice(s)/Task Force(s), with representation from the various sites and global MSAT Standard SMEs, share good practice and work in the effective implementation of the technical standards at site
Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and coach site teams, providing expertise and support on the relevant technical standard
Build site capability in core standards
Actively engage in Community of Practise’s and drive improvement programmes.
Creation of tools/templates/guidance and for effective implementation of standards on site.
KPIs in place driving continuous improvement of the standard and its implementation across the site.
Propose right site governance to implement, deliver the technical standards and related improvement projects
Escalate any issue encountered during the effective implementation of the standards on site
Work in partnership with the various global MSAT Standards Leads and other site MSAT Standards Specialist to deliver key projects, continuous improvements and initiatives within areas of expertise.
Maintain current knowledge of global regulations and guidance, global regulatory expectations, inspection intelligence, innovative/ new technologies, industry standards and registered risks pertaining to area of expertise.
