Financial Analyst
Location: Some days in Kings cross, London hybrid
12 months contract
Rate: 37.02 to 41.35/hour on PAYE
Potential travel- Lisbon, London or South Africa and Kenya

Responsibilities
- Manage financial reconciliation and invoice processing across multiple parties
- Administer budgets, track costs, and support payment approval workflows
- Prepare and maintain financial reports using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and other reporting tools
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders across different organisations
- Ensure strict confidentiality of consortium financial information under NDA
- Support compliance with GDPR and UK data protection requirements
- Assist with financial operations in telecommunications, infrastructure, or consortium environments (preferred)
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in finance operations, including multi-party billing and reconciliation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and financial reporting tools
- Experience coordinating with senior stakeholders
- Understanding of GDPR / UK data protection requirements
- Professional services background (PwC, Big Four, or equivalent preferred)
- Experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, or consortium environments (preferred but not essential)
Top 3 non-negotiable skills:
- Finance operations experience: A background in finance operations (with around 5 years of experience), including multi-party billing, reconciliations, and invoice processing.
- Organizational and coordination skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple workstreams, follow up on pending invoices, and handle administrative duties.
- Stakeholder management: The ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with various third parties, local telecom partners, and senior stakeholders.
