- 37.5 hours per week
- 3 days office / 2 days home
- Current core hours approximately 9:30am 6:00pm
- Some flexibility may be required for international stakeholders
- ASAP start - candidates with long notice periods are unlikely to work
- Contract currently through 30 August 2027
- Interview: likely team interview followed by an in-person follow-up, with flexibility to move quickly
- No specific assessment/task; interviews will focus on experience and what the candidate can bring

Must-have / strong preference
- Previous experience in the media, broadcasting, TV, streaming or post-production industry
- Basic-to-good understanding of post-production workflows
- Strong coordination and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Very high attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable tracking multiple projects, deadlines and dependencies
- Able to communicate confidently with internal teams and external suppliers
- Comfortable working with voiceover agencies/artists, post-production facilities and scheduling teams
- Able to work at pace and adapt when timelines or requirements change
- Genuine interest in the media/content industry
Strong advantage
- Experience with content sharing / content localisation / versioning
- Dubbing, subtitling, re-scripting or voiceover coordination
- Experience with media compliance/certification
- Knowledge of systems such as IBMS / Schedule O - useful but not mandatory
- Experience working across EMEA/international markets
- Exposure to AI/automation or emerging technologies in media workflows
Day-to-day responsibilities
The candidate will likely be:
- Coordinating the adaptation and sharing of original productions between countries
- Booking and liaising with voiceover artists/agencies
- Creating and maintaining production schedules
- Tracking editing, dubbing, subtitling and re-scripting timelines
- Monitoring deadlines and resolving scheduling issues
- Coordinating with internal post-production facilities
- Working with scheduling/delivery teams
- Maintaining accurate records and archiving
- Supporting content certification/compliance where required
- Looking at opportunities for AI and technology interventions
- Managing multiple pieces of content/workstreams simultaneously
