Responsibilities
- Performing diverse repairs and maintenance: This includes tasks like lock repairs, replacing doors and windows, repairing and replacing timber flooring, fixing skirting boards, fascia boards, and general snagging work.
- Responding to reactive and planned work: Will be expected to address both urgent repair requests and scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Ensuring safety and compliance: Adherence to health and safety regulations is paramount, and operatives are responsible for working safely and professionally in tenants' homes.
- Maintaining accurate records: This includes detailing work completed, materials used, and adhering to deadlines as per our in-house Epix CAFM system.
- Providing excellent customer service: Will be expected to communicate effectively with tenants, keeping them informed about work progress and ensuring their satisfaction.
