What will be my core responsibilities?

  • You will cover an area around the M3 Corridor carrying out a range of building services, painting and decorating works.
  • Install and make good plasterboard, skirting and boxing in on a range of different spaces.
  • Carry out a range of decorating projects both internally and externally.
  • Ensure all required materials are requested and cross-check with the helpdesk to make sure they are delivered to the correct address.
  • Purchase additional materials and equipment if necessary.
  • Liaise with the client on any queries and be comfortable explaining any issues or challenges on a job.
  • Confirm each job meets the required standards and provide paperwork for the client’s records.
  • Update the job log with notes and upload relevant documentation.
  • Support the Account Manager and Billing Team with query management to aid the invoicing process.

  • Experience in general Building Services Maintenance work.
  • Well-developed communication skills and able to work successfully with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to produce clear and professional notes and emails.
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • A problem-solving mindset, with a practical application.
