Overview Currently seeking an experienced Fabric Supervisor to join our growing team, supporting a key contract covering a region spanning from Reading & Southampton (M4 /M3 corridor). Leading a team of multiskilled technicians, including plumbers, carpenters, electricians ensuring the completion of fabric maintenance and repair tasks you will have a sounds knowledge of all building services alongside a good level of administration and organisational skills. Key Responsibilities Liaise and co-ordinate site activities associated with services for which you are responsible, i.e. labour planning and ordering of materials. Assist in the preparation of emergency contingency plans. Be conversant with current Health & Safety legislation with relevance to safe working practices and help carry out tool box talks. Maintain accurate records of works done and expenditure using this information to report to the Manager as required.
