What will be my core responsibilities?

  • Review of Timesheets mailbox for new timesheets to be processed
  • Chase engineers for non-submitted timesheets
  • Obtain approval of submitted timesheets with relevant account managers
  • Cross reference new engineers on new staff spreadsheet
  • Check information on the spreadsheet to ensure accuracy against job numbers, times, sites etc.
  • Update timesheet tracker with each timesheet progress (i.e. listing as checked)
  • Check mileage of each timesheet and cross reference with the timesheet tracker
  • Ensure internal spreadsheets are kept up to date with real-time information
  • Post the timesheets into internal systems for each job attended by an engineer to allow for successful billing.

  • A customer-focused attitude and willingness to problem solve and help.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data for payroll.
  • Happy and able to work at pace and be flexible to respond to changing priorities.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of ability in Excel to include Pivot Tables, V Look Ups, Sumifs.
  • Professional and friendly communication style.
  • A collaborative approach to contribute to team success.
