What will be my core responsibilities?
- Review of Timesheets mailbox for new timesheets to be processed
- Chase engineers for non-submitted timesheets
- Obtain approval of submitted timesheets with relevant account managers
- Cross reference new engineers on new staff spreadsheet
- Check information on the spreadsheet to ensure accuracy against job numbers, times, sites etc.
- Update timesheet tracker with each timesheet progress (i.e. listing as checked)
- Check mileage of each timesheet and cross reference with the timesheet tracker
- Ensure internal spreadsheets are kept up to date with real-time information
- Post the timesheets into internal systems for each job attended by an engineer to allow for successful billing.

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data for payroll.
- Happy and able to work at pace and be flexible to respond to changing priorities.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of ability in Excel to include Pivot Tables, V Look Ups, Sumifs.
- Professional and friendly communication style.
- A collaborative approach to contribute to team success.
