We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Technician to join Lancelogic Limited in supporting and maintaining client IT infrastructure and day‑to‑day technology operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring networks, servers, workstations, email systems, endpoint security, and cloud‑based services across multiple client environments.

Duties will include:

  • Providing end‑user technical support
  • Configuring and deploying hardware and software
  • Performing routine system maintenance
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Supporting firewall and network configurations
  • Carrying out backup and recovery operations
  • Monitoring system performance
  • Assisting with infrastructure improvements and IT security compliance
