Overview

Lancaster Medical School is looking to appoint an Undergraduate Coordinator to join the professional services team.

You will provide high-level administrative support for the undergraduate medical degree programme, coordinating a wide range of activities across clinical sites.

Location: Bailrigg, Lancaster, UK
Salary: Β£26,707 to Β£32,080 (Full time, indefinite with end date)

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support for the undergraduate medical degree programme, coordinating a wide range of activities across clinical sites.
  • Demonstrate excellent administrative and organisational skills and experience using Microsoft Office at an advanced level; work flexibly as part of a rapidly expanding department.
  • Preferably have previous administrative experience in a higher education or NHS background.
  • Be a proven team player and confident communicator; integrate into a busy office environment and work closely with a wide range of colleagues.
