Lancaster University is seeking a Wellbeing Mentor within the Student Wellbeing Services to support students with ADHD, Autism, and Asperger’s Syndrome. You will meet students one‑to‑one and lead group work, providing practical strategies, emotional support, and tailored guidance to promote independence and inclusion.

The role focuses on helping students manage daily life and workload, assisting transitions into university life, and collaborating across university staff to implement reasonable adjustments.
