This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working where systems, process, data and user experience come together. You’ll act as a key representative for SES in system‑related activity, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood, changes are well‑controlled, and systems continue to meet operational, regulatory and user needs. You will report to the Head of Student Systems, Data and Reporting.
Working closely with ISS, business owners and operational teams, you will contribute to development activity, support system assurance and operational readiness, and help ensure high‑quality, stable systems that underpin University‑wide processes. You will also play an important role in change management — helping colleagues adopt new functionality, providing clear guidance, and supporting the smooth introduction of system improvements.
