Role Overview

You will join the Faculty Education Services team until the end of November 2026, initially as a Student Programmes Coordinator. You will work collaboratively within the team, enhancing the student experience across the Faculty, and enabling high‑quality administration under the management of Student Programmes Officers led by the Faculty Education Services Manager. You will be placed initially within one of the following teams; movement and support may be required in other areas to suit business needs:

  • School of Arts
  • School of Global Affairs
  • School of Law
  • School of Social Sciences
  • Postgraduate Research (PGR) Hub

The role offers a full induction and training programme, with opportunities for professional development in areas such as digital systems. A knowledge of the Microsoft Office package is required, and further training will be provided. This is a fixed‑term role until the end of November 2026. A hybrid working pattern may be discussed, but remote working is not available; you may also work fully on campus. Current university staff may be considered for a secondment; approval from your line manager is required prior to applying.
