Position Overview
Full‑time Student Programmes Coordinator, initially based in the School of Computing and Communications. The role supports the delivery and administration of student programmes and enhances the student experience across Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes within the Faculty of Science and Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery and administration of student programmes.
- Assist with the student experience across the department.
- Collaborate with the Student Programmes Team and the Student Programme Officer.
- Work with other Department Student Programmes teams within the faculty as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience of providing a high level of customer service.
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines and work effectively in a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting information accurately to a wide range of people.
- Competent IT skills and ability to work with new systems and software in an evolving digital environment.
