In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students seeking information, guidance, and advice, about university life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional, friendly, and efficient enquiry service for students, staff, and external enquirers across multiple channels, including email, phone, live chat, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of the student facing services available at the university and assist in promoting these services.
- Support student engagement initiatives and promote services.
- Perform administrative tasks related to wider Student Education Services and Wellbeing Services, including back-office functions.
- Contribute to events, such as Open Days and Offer Holder Events, representing services and promoting engagement.
