We are looking for a strong sous chef to support the departmental head chefs across our varied campus food offering. The successful candidate needs to be passionate about food and have the ability to lead a team across multiple outlets on campus Strong IT skills are desirable as there are a number of systems in operation for menus and digital compliance Duties Include 1. Producing and supervising all food for retail, hospitality and conference departments following SOPs (standard operating procedure) with the use of the Pelican system 2. To proactively protect the allergen procedures in the kitchens 3. To control the training and development of the junior chef team 4.
