We are looking to further strengthen our kitchen brigade, with people who are used to working in a busy environment.
This role is offered on a full time basis with a great work-life balance of 36.5 hours per week, working on a rota basis including some evenings and weekends.
You will already be working in a professional kitchen and will have the skills to help train and develop some of our junior team members. Based in our main production kitchen you will support the running of the conference and hospitality sections by planning ahead, organising the team and ensuring a faultless service delivery every time.
We are seeking a passionate person with the drive to improve and deliver on the creative edge. As a Chef in our team, you will have enthusiasm and drive to further develop your existing skills.
You must display initiative and self-reliance, but also be able to contribute to and work within a large, fast paced and successful team.
The Hospitality and retail departments have a diverse range of outlets and styles of catering across the campus, including catering for students, conferences, dinners, cafes and bars, restaurants, Graduation and Open/Visitor days.
