We are looking to further strengthen our kitchen brigade, with people who are used to working in a busy environment. This role is offered on a full-time basis with a great work-life balance of 36.5 hours per week, on a rota including some evenings and weekends. You will be based in our main production kitchen and will support the running of the conference and hospitality sections by planning ahead, organising the team and ensuring a faultless service delivery every time.

Responsibilities
- Support the running of the conference and hospitality sections by planning ahead, organising the team and ensuring a faultless service delivery every time.
- Train and develop junior team members; work in a professional kitchen environment.
- Operate in a busy kitchen within the main production kitchen, contributing to a large, fast-paced, and successful team.
- Collaborate with Hospitality and Retail departments across outlets on campus, including catering for students, conferences, dinners, cafes and bars, restaurants, Graduation and Open/Visitor days.
Qualifications and Requirements
- You will already be working in a professional kitchen.
- Ability to train and develop others, with initiative and self-reliance.
- Demonstrated drive to improve and deliver on the creative edge; capable of contributing to a large team in a fast-paced environment.
