Working at a student-facing Recruitment Service Desk, you will be a confident communicator proficient in a range of media, be able to analyse bulk data, be proactive in solving problems with a proven track record in outstanding customer service and have a keen eye for detail. You will demonstrate the ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build, manage and maintain long-term relationships, and enjoy financial processes including issuing timesheet administration, payroll queries, invoices, and budget reconciliation.
You will be service driven and results-orientated with excellent general IT and administrative skills and have a good first level of education (minimum 5 GCSEs Grades A-C, including Maths and English). This is a great opportunity for an administrator looking for the opportunity to support a new recruitment process within the world of student and graduate employment at one of the UKβs leading Higher Education Institutes.
