The role of Operations Supervisor is to lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Sport Lancaster facilities, ensuring safe and effective working practices and delivering customer service to an exceptional standard. You will lead and motivate the reception and recreation teams in the delivery of the operational strategy.

Shift Work

You will be required to work on a shift-based system, which includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, university closure days and bank holidays.

  • Monday – Friday: Early shifts – 5:30am start; Late shifts – 10:30pm finish.
  • Weekends: Early shifts – 7:00am start; Late shifts – 6:30pm finish.
