Lancaster Conferences & Hospitality are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual in the role of Operations Manager for the Front of House Team. The role is a great opportunity to be part of an established team and to build on existing leadership and decision-making experience.
You will work closely with the Head of Conference and Hospitality whilst leading the team in the day-to-day delivery of hospitality alongside preparing, analysing and presenting data. The team operate all year-round delivering hospitality for university meetings, conferences and student college activities, at venues across Campus including the Lancaster Conference Centre, Forrest Hills and at the Castle in Lancaster City. During vacation times the team host larger events for up to 800 people including day and residential conferences.
We are looking for a team member who is passionate about delivering a consistent high standard of customer service and who has experience working in a high-pressure environment. You will need to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. You must be a Team Player but also display initiative and positivity.
