Role Overview Educational Research, within the School of Social Sciences, seeks to appoint a full-time Online Learning Support Manager to support students and staff with our thriving suite of online PhD programmes.

  • Support students and staff with our suite of online PhD programmes.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge and relevant experience of supporting online learners, the development and maintenance of online learning programmes, preferably at Postgraduate level.
  • Experience of platforms such as Moodle.
  • Awareness of issues related to developing accessible and inclusive learning resources.
  • Successful experience of working as part of a team in an academic setting.
