Role Overview
Educational Research, within the School of Social Sciences, seeks to appoint a full-time Online Learning Support Manager to support students and staff with our thriving suite of online PhD programmes. Candidates should have good knowledge and relevant experience of supporting online learners, the development and maintenance of online learning programmes, preferably at Postgraduate level, as well as experience with platforms such as Moodle. They should have awareness of issues related to developing accessible and inclusive learning resources and successful experience of working as part of a team in an academic setting. We encourage applicants from a range of backgrounds. Educational Research at Lancaster University is an inclusive, dynamic and diverse community. We specialise in offering online postgraduate programmes in education, and in conducting theoretically-informed, methodologically rigorous and socially-relevant research in education.
Qualifications
