Lancaster University is seeking a Senior Adviser to lead the Early Intervention Team within the Student Wellbeing Partnership Service. You will provide operational leadership for a team delivering preventative and early intervention support to enable students to thrive, working with colleges, departments and specialist teams.

You will contribute to service development, QA, and evaluation, shaping evidence-informed approaches that support wellbeing, belonging and continuation across the student population.
