We are seeking a confident, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Global Mobility Officer who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of the Global Mobility function, which supports the University’s Transnational Education (TNE) agenda and its international partnerships. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day Global Mobility operations, while also contributing to wider transformation and development initiatives across the function.
You will ideally:
- Have previous experience working in Global Mobility and/or Finance/Payroll.
- Have experience working within a Higher Education HR environment.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to understand and interpret technical compliance advice.
- Be well organised, highly motivated, and capable of creating, developing, and embedding efficient processes.
- Be able to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and team members.
In return the University provides a competitive annual salary, generous annual leave allowance of 25 days, plus 6 closure days (to be taken over Christmas and Easter) and Bank Holidays.
