Lancaster University are looking for a passionate, experienced and proactive Finance Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team.

About the role
This Finance Analyst role will work closely with the Finance Partner to provide key budget holders with financial support, budget management, business planning and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial support and budget management to key budget holders.
- Assist with business planning and performance reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the FP&A team and other university colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience and achievement in a financial support setting.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Actively studying towards an AAT qualification, or equivalent.
- Meet all essential criteria on the Person Specification to be considered for interview.
