Overview
In this role you will lead a professional services team within LUMS to enhance education services and student experience. You will work closely with academic leadership and cross-faculty colleagues to deliver high-quality services and drive positive change. You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, ensuring inclusive leadership and strong stakeholder relations across the faculty and university. This is an opportunity to shape education services in a collaborative, student-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage a team of professional staff
- Provide leadership and support across six Academic Departments to deliver education services and student experience
- Collaborate with academic leadership and professional services across the University
- Liaise with Student and Education Services and other Faculties
- Lead on service improvements and changes to enhance student experience and service quality
- Balance strategic planning with operational delivery and change management
