Lancaster Arts at Lancaster University is seeking an Administration Assistant to coordinate administration and public engagement for the Autumn 2026 season, working closely with the Operations and Planning Manager and the Communications and Marketing Manager.
You will manage the Box Office as the main weekday contact, input data for surveys and reports, process artist contracts with procurement guidelines, and liaise with Finance to ensure timely payments.
