The Opportunity
Lancaster University is looking for a dynamic, efficient, and motivated individual to become their Global Mobility Advisor. This key role supports the development of the Global Mobility function across the University and its international partnerships. The role manages daily operations and supports wider transformation activities.
The successful candidate:
- Will have previous experience in payroll and/or Global Mobility.
- Experience working in a Higher Education HR environment is beneficial.
- Can apply critical thinking and interpret technical compliance advice.
- Will be organized, motivated, and able to create, develop, and embed efficient processes.
- Can work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members.
The University offers a competitive salary, 25 days of annual leave plus 6 closure days (Christmas and Easter), Bank Holidays, and membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme. Additional benefits include car leasing, extra leave purchase, cycle-to-work scheme, on-site pre-school, and sports facilities.
